1. Returns

  • We accept returns only under the following conditions:
    • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
    • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Due to the nature of perfumes and ittars, opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • To initiate a return, please email us at info@chiczly.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used perfumes and ittars.
  • Items purchased on sale or discount (unless defective or damaged).

4. Damaged or Wrong Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
