• Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
• Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email to track your order.

2. Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping: PKR 200–300 (depending on your city).
• Free Shipping: On orders above PKR:1249.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available nationwide.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

• Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, etc.): 2–4 working days.
• Other Cities & Rural Areas: 3–6 working days.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available through PostEx, Leopards, and other courier partners.
• For COD orders, please ensure your contact number is active to avoid delivery delays.
